So i was in a cookie baking mood after reading A Friend to Knit withs Orange cookie recipe. It sounded so tasty to me. So i made them.
Orange Blossom Cookies
2/3 cup unsalted butter ::
3/4 cup sugar ::
1 egg ::
1/2 cup orange juice ::
2 cups flour ::
1/4 tsp baking soda ::
1/2 tsp salt ::
